What's your Mantra?
A mantra is a word or a sound of affirmation repeated to aid concentration during meditation. To choose your own mantra, listen to your inner voice and remind yourself that anything is possible, even if doubt comes to the surface. Through creating mantras you can train yourself to see things differently and take on things that you never thought were possible. You can simply choose words like love, peace or freedom, keeping it clear and simple. You can also take those words and turn them into an affirmation or statement.
I am love.
I am peace.
I am freedom.
Know that your mantra can change and it can look however you want it to. Be intentional, be powerful, be you.
