Distance Chakra Session

    • We know that the entire universe is made of energy, and our bodies are no exception. To better understand how energy lives and moves within our body we will look at the seven main chakras. The term chakra is a Sanskrit word and it means wheel or disk. We can think of these wheels as energy centers that begin at the base of the spine and travel up the center of the body to the crown of the head. Our chakras play an important role in our overall health. Understanding them more will allow you to connect physical, emotional and spiritual imbalances with the chakras that empower them.

      You will have a new level of self-awareness once you understand your body in relation to your chakras. We will discuss various actions that you can take in order to create more balance.

    • 1: Decide on the length of your session (30, 45, or 60 minutes).

      2: Choose how you would like to proceed with your session. We can chat over the phone or I can email you an audio recording. You choose what suits you best and what feels most comfortable.

      3: Set up a date and time for your session and email me a photo of you. Before our conversation I will read your chakras and I will come prepared to discuss my observations.

      4: Before your session take a few minutes to set yourself up. Choose a quiet place where you can be present. Come to the conversation with any questions or concerns that may be coming up for you. I also recommend having a pen and paper close by so you can take notes. We will look at where you may have a lack of flow, trapped energy or areas that may be over active. I will take the time to educate you on the various chakras and what they represent. I will also provide you with tools and guidance to assist with creating more balance and ease, both in your body and in your life.

      5: What's Next! If you are interested in continued support and development after your initial session I offer one on one coaching.
